our culture today is that of coffee. There is no doubt that

cannot begin a day before having a cup or (several cups) of
coffee.
For the most part coffee addiction is not taken seriously.
That does not alter the fact that the truth of the matter is
that coffee addiction has some very harmful effects on the
human body. The effects range from irritability, insomnia,
headaches, mood swings, difficulty in concentration and
diminished productivity to extreme cases of heart disease,
hypoglycemia, cancer and nervous system disorders.
Coffee does have some benefits to offer. It is being
considered as a help for those suffering with Parkinson's
disease. However, the overall effects of coffee are more
harmful than helpful.
